MEMORANDUM FOR THE CHIEF OF STAFF
Having received and considered the recommendation of the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records and under the authority of Section 1552, Title 10, United States Code, it is directed that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to the be corrected to show that:
a. His non-selections for promotion to the grade of lieutenant colonel (O-5) by the Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 Line and Nonline Nonparticipating Reserve Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col) Promotion Selection Board (W0507A) and FY 2008 Line and Health Professions Nonparticipating Reserve Lt Col Promotion Selection Board (W0508B) be declared void and removed from the his records.
b. His mandatory separation date of 1 March 2018, established in accordance with 10 USC § 14506, be declared void and removed from his records.
